Cassie Holt and her band the Lost Souls bring you back to the smoke-filled bars of yesteryear. You know, a spot that’s a little run down, where the air conditioning does work, but only sometimes. It’s worth it though, because the music’s always good.

Ok, so let’s just get this out of our system – “THIS MAN AIN’T SH*T!”

If you’re a fan of Cassie Holt and the Lost Souls; we know you were thinking it, too. Now, allow us to proceed.

Aside from the aforementioned “man” (side note: she’s not a man basher – that one was just a doozy), it was Cassie Holt’s soul that brought us to her Dallas house in the sky. Ten for Your Attention: 8/30/16

It’s a conundrum I’ve faced before, and it is staring me in the face yet again.  There’s a large quantity of music worth discussing in great detail, with not near enough time to give each act the attention it deserves.  As a result, I select an option I’ve become all too familiar with.  Write very short entries on each of the ten acts.  It’s not my preferred option, but it beats not sharing these tunes with you.
